Septic

Today began excavation for septic. A major pain to get warranty deed from Albuquerque to Taos court house stamped and over to environmental for permit. Julie did great job fighting that battle. Next up how Iong to get permit to drill well from state? Design for territorial rammed earth dance in our heads while we try to get infrastructure in for trailer to be comfortable.

On the land

We sold our house and we have been on the land in a 72 airstream in process of being finished as was gutted when we bought it. 4 days with only woodstove for heat. Lots of stooking through the night. Yesterday made run to Alamosa for 275 feet 250 kcmil wire. Got home and rolled out on ground to temp feed and plugged in trailer first night to sleep with electric heat..... Nice. Hope to put in ground tomorrow. Nice guy at Taos electric Supply loaned me a temp service from d job while 200 amp service is ordered. Next week septic then hopefully we'll and water.
